Hello,
I'm writing this email in regards to a customer service professional who
helped me today by the name of Marco. Though the flight offer I wanted
had expired, he was extremely helpful and courteous. It is not often
that I come across customer service that is as sincere and helpful as
Marco was. I have booked with OneTravel before, and will do so again in
the future thanks to representatives such as Marco.

Tony Kolhoff assisted me in rendering an error I made in booking my
flight and I just want someone there to know that though the error I
made (an oversight on my part) resulted in a higher fare, he worked to
get me what I needed for a very important trip to visit my daughter who
is having medical issues ... and I am so very grateful!!

I want to express my thanks for the excellent service I received today
from one of your agents. Rachelle Everts assisted me with a very tricky
itinerary request. She was cheerful and patient with me for the
extended time it took to find flights which meet my needs. My sister,
daughter, and I want to fly overseas together, although we have
different departure cities and different return dates. I had worked
many hours over the weekend to try to find what we need on the internet,
but I failed miserably. Rachelle's help was invaluable.
I will definitely use OneTravel in the future and recommend it to
others.

My name is Richard. I recently made a mistake on the purchase of my
flight. I discovered the mistake as I was preparing to go to the
airport. I called your call center and Dane helped me. She was very
helpful and walked me through the whole process. Eventually she
corrected the day so that I was able to fly out the same day at the same
